SBMA and ESCB depend on the gracious support of volunteers who help make our company succeed. If you'd like to be part of the SBMA/ESCB family as a volunteer at one of our concerts, for administrative work, or any other areas of interest, send an email to inquires@sbmusic.org with the subject 'Volunteer.' 

Whether you've only played a few years or haven't played for 25, the El Segundo Concert Band is a place for you to enjoy creating music.  Rehearsals are held Thursday nights from 7 to 9pm (infrequently 9:30pm) in the El Segundo High School Band Room. Led by Maestro Steven Allen Fox, the band performs a wide variety of musical styles aimed to entertain audiences during concerts with a unique perspective on programming. You will be challenged and have fun with peers who love creating great music.

If you are interested send an email to inquiries@sbmusic.org with the subject 'Join the Band.' Include your name, instrument(s), years of experience, age and contact information. 

We limit student membership to no more than 20% of the band, open only to high school and exceptional 8th grade students who have received Superior at Solo and Ensemble or have been accepted into an Honor Band.
